Sketch Model Challenge

For this project, we were tasked with designing and building a device capable of being pushed or pulled to compete in a game of dodgeball. Our design consisted mostly of paper-like materials as well as insulation foam board, tape, paracord, and a metal screw and nut.

Our functional requirements were decided during the online portion of the class due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We were able to achieve most of our functional requirements with the exception of non-paper products exceeding 10% of overall weight. During the dodgeball game our design sustained a critical fracture, however we were able to quickly replace an axle with left over materials and continue in the competition.
